We are Kara and Alex, we are from Orlando, Florida, and we’ve been on a beautiful journey together for the past several years. Our love for each other has only grown, and now, we are ready to take the next big step in our lives: starting our family. Life is precious, and after everything we’ve been through, we don’t want to wait any longer to bring a child into our world.

**About Us**
Kara is an elementary school teacher who spends her days nurturing and inspiring young minds. Since graduating from high school, Kara has been caring for children, in many different settings, She loves seeing children grow and develop, and one of her greatest dreams has always been to become a mother.
Alex is a Corporal in a local police department and is a dedicated, hardworking individual who values family above all else. She has a beautiful daughter from a previous relationship whom she shares co-parenting responsibilities with. Alex has fought and triumphed over Lymphoma, a battle that has forever changed her perspective on life. The experience of overcoming such an illness has made her appreciate how short and unpredictable life can be.

**Our Story & Why We Need Your Help**
In a world that often tells us to wait for the perfect moment, we’ve realized that life is too short to wait for the “right time.” For us, that time is now. Alex’s recovery from Lymphoma has given us a renewed sense of urgency and gratitude for every moment. We know that tomorrow is never promised, and we are determined to start our family as soon as possible.

However, starting our family comes with significant financial challenges. Between the costs of fertility treatments, medical procedures, and the uncertainty of the road ahead, we are asking for your support in making our dream a reality.
